DAILY IMMERSION Tuesday | M.16 – Seek the things above where Christ lives.

If we continue at the pace of progress we had before, how many centuries will be necessary for the Lord to return? The Lord needs to restore His church before He can return.
We really have to step out of ourselves, out of the conventional, and present ourselves to the Lord. The wind blows where it wishes. We do not know where it comes from or where it is going. Are you willing to follow the wind or are you waiting to follow the conventional, being nostalgic about the church life of past decades? Are you willing to be led by the Spirit? (Matt. 20:6-8; John 3:8)
Do not expect quiet days where we can settle into the church life. The Lord will always disturb us. We will always have to step out of our comfort to seek people and make disciples of all nations. (Matt. 28:19)
The prophetic word is a great security for us, for it is a lamp shining in a dark place. We know that this prophetic word will lead us until the day dawns and the morning star rises in our hearts. (2 Pet. 1:19)
