- We need to value each brother in the church, as he is a “very dear brother”, someone important to the Lord and His Body (Phm 16-17). Only God’s love produces a perfect and beautiful humanity (1 Thess 2:19).
- God is weaving a veritable fabric of love, so tightly knit and tightly knit with each other and with Him that the bonds between the members of the Body far surpass natural bonds (Phm 21-22; 1 Cor 12:26).
- We can’t be trusted, even in the face of our survival instinct. But if we have the vision of the Body, that is, if we see that we are organic members of the Body, this vision holds us, keeps us firm in the Lord (2 Cor 3:4-6; Rom 12:5).
- “For this reason our mind must always be renewed and inclined to the spirit (Rom. 8:6). When leaning towards the flesh, the mind disconnects from the Spirit. However, when it inclines towards the spirit, the mind communicates with the Spirit and understands what our intuition has received.” (Daily Food, Book 1, Week 4, Sunday, p. 71).
