DAILY IMMERSION Friday | Mess. 10. The Baptism of Jesus and the Calling of His Disciples

1. Some Christians behave like crows: they are attracted to death. In a group, they come together to ruminate on death. But there are also Christians who are like doves, they do not seek death, but only life and the Spirit. Don’t be a crow, which only feeds on negative words and criticism. Desire, seek and feed only on life and the joy resulting from it. Whoever feeds on death, envy and hatred has a fallen countenance. These people, apparently, are always right, but they always lack joy. So don’t touch death! Don’t lose simplicity and purity. Be like a teenager, simple and obedient. Escape from death!

2. Teenagers today have experienced “come and see”! We adults, in our many explanations, end up scaring people away. Today our meetings are not full of explanations, but are full of life, words and heavenly energy. Everyone is won over by this environment! Invite people to learn about Church life, immersion, house of teens, troops and captains. They will come, see and stay with us!

3. The presence of God fills us with ardor. When we say come and see, people will come and in the circulation of the Word they will feel the presence of God. When you say “come and see”, don’t explain, just use the prophetic word. Let’s bring people into the environment of immersion in the prophetic word and they will say: Indeed, God is here!

4. “Many, out of personal ambitions, want to set up other ministries and use shameful means to gain popularity. Paul did not do this, but he spoke the truth (2 Cor 4:2). What Paul said produced reality in the church, because it touched each person’s conscience and their own integrity before God.”.
