1. We are on the boat and Jesus is with us. Whatever happens, with Christ in the boat we will reach our destination.
2. Our Lord leads us to triumph, from victory to victory. We do not fear adversity, storms, and sea waves. The Lord is with the church. He’s on the boat! Therefore, we will reach our destination, the good land.
3. Captains have the responsibility of taking care of the troops, but also of building the church. The Lord needs skilled men to build the tabernacle, the dwelling place of God. There is a lot to do! We don’t have time to focus on the negative things. Our goal is positive!
4. God created time, and every second must be used to fulfill His will. We cannot even allow legitimate things to separate us from God’s will, and the way to avoid this is to fill ourselves with Christ by immersing ourselves in the word.
