1. The word of Christ is the very truth that constitutes the reality of God in us. The closer you are to the word, the less vulnerable you will be and you will not be deceived by all sorts of winds of doctrine. Therefore, let’s follow the word of Christ closely! (Eph 2:5-6; 4:11-14).
2. God glorified Jesus in His resurrection. He was the only-begotten Son of God, but he became the firstbegotten Son of God as a man. We are the many children of God, for the firstborn Son opened this door in order to take us into the Father (John 7:37-39; Acts 3:13-15; Heb 5:5; Acts 13:32- 34).
3. The purpose of Christ’s death and resurrection is to take us to the Father, through this path, which is Jesus (John 14:1-10; Heb 2:9-10).
4. Although we face many kingdom struggles and inner fightings, the Lord wants us to live a life of celebration, enriched by immersing ourselves in His word, which accomplishes the work of God in us (Daily Food, Book 4, Week 1, Thursday, page 15).
