DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Monday | Mess. 01 – A Retrospective on the History of the Church in the First Century

  1. The Lord is doing something supernatural among us and no one will snatch us out of His hands, for He needs our cooperation to do God’s will on earth (John 10:28-29).
  2. Men’s concern is to know who among them is the greatest, but the Lord wants us to become as a child, who is simple and humble, because He will not use our ability, strength and power as fuel, but will make us channels through His Spirit (Mt 18:1-5; Zec 4:6).
  3. We need to listen to the word of the Lord diligently, as its understanding depends on revelation that goes beyond our logical mind. We need the heart of Mary Magdalene to capture the true feeling behind His words (Ex. 19:5-6).
  4. When, with reverent love, we immerse ourselves in the word heard and transcribe it, the spiritual reality of this word is produced in us (Is 66:2 KJU) (Daily Food, Book 1, Week 3, Monday, page 40).
