- The One who should really govern is Christ as the Head of the church, and it is up to us to have the same spirit that Jesus had while He was here on Earth. It is not a matter of being served, but of serving! We are servants and a servant does not seek reward or recognition (Mt 20:26-28).
- The only title among us is that of brother and sister. We have the same life circulating among us. We are just brothers and sisters and we have one Head, which is Christ (Mt 23:8).
- Our vision is if, in each city, we have brothers and sisters gathering on the proper ground, the building of the church cannot be limited to just the building of one church in one city, but must include all the churches. Together they form the Body of Christ. We are all members of the same Body; we are building the same church (Mt 16:18; 1 Cor 1:2; 11:16; Rev 1:11; Acts 15:41; Rom 16:4).
- “Let us take advantage of every opportunity to love our Lord and break our alabaster flask for Him and anoint Him with what we hold most precious. We do not know how long we will have these opportunities” (Daily Food, Book 3, Week 3, Saturday, page 53).
