DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Monday | Mess. 03 – The Difficulties faced by the apostles

God’s will is for Christ to be Head over all things, both in heaven and on earth. Thus, everything that happens in the spheres of our personal, family, social and church life must be in accordance with His will (Eph 1:9-10, 22-23).
The church is not a human or religious organization. The church is the Body of Christ; it is a living organism. For Christ to be the Head of the church, He must first fill it with His life, so that it may become the fullness of Him who fills all in all (Eph 1:22-23; Col 1:18).
When each member of the Body is filled with Christ to His fullness, the church will be ready to cooperate with God in making Christ the Head over all things, both things in heaven and things on earth (Eph 1:22-23; 5:18-19; Col 2:18).
“Through the light that comes from the word, it is possible to recognize that God is the essence of the existence of all things and that the Son sustains all things by the word of His power. Therefore only God, when Christ heads up our lives and the church, is able to do His work and fulfill His eternal purpose”. (Eph 1:9-10) (Daily Food, Book 2, Week 1, Monday, p. 7)
