- Our teenagers are a generation raised from nothing like dewdrops, which fall as a gift from God to form a great army, which will bring the Lord back. We will build the church and preach the gospel of the kingdom with the help of the teenagers, young captains, and the senior ones of the church (Ps 110:3).
- What is our identity as the church? Our DNA as the church is, on the one hand (as the early church did) to have fellowship with the word of God given to us through the apostles. This word gives us direction, executes God’s will, and governs the church. On the other hand, our DNA is to maintain the evangelistic vigor by preaching the gospel of the kingdom until the end comes (Acts 2:42; Matt 24:14).
- The word of God is not just content for pretty sermons, but it is for carrying out God’s work (John 14:10; Is 55:10-11).
- Jesus was the arm of God on earth. This means that He is the one who executes the Father’s will and does His work on earth. We, as a church, are the body of Christ. Therefore, we have the same task that the Father gave Him, which is to execute His word (Daily Food, Book 4, Week 1, Monday, pages 7-8).
