DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Saturday | Mess. 04 – The Evidence of Degradation at the End of the First Century

  1. God wants to build and sanctify the church. He does not want us to get lost in biblical curiosities, but rather to carry out His work. To do this, we need to have appreciation for the apostolic word (1 Tim 1:3-7).
  2. We do not announce genealogies and fables, but Christ, the Word that makes life circulate in the church, producing fellowship and oneness in the Body (1 John 1:1-5).
  3. The preaching of the apostles does not come from man, but from the revelation that God gives them. The Lord Jesus did not speak His own words and did not do His own will, but of the One who sent Him. When the word comes from God, the Spirit Himself speaks and brings His power (Gal 1:11-12; John 14:10).
  4. Let’s listen to what God speaks, follow the prophetic word closely and guard our hearts so as not to expose ourselves to the evil of God’s enemy (Ps 119:11; Pr 4:23)(Daily Food, book 2, week 2, Saturday, page 38).
