DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Saturday | Mess. 17 – I Appointed You to Bear Fruit

To be bound together in love is to be fused, to be connected, to be glued. We are being linked, united in love. We follow the truth in love and grow in Christ (Col. 2:2).
We serve together and are built up in love. This is what the Lord is doing, and this is His will. We are being fused, that is, connected, intertwined. Like a fabric, in which we have the vertical threads representing the love of God reaching us through the word, and also the horizontal threads, the love of God that unites us with each other (Eph 4:15-16).
Abraham was called God’s friend. When God calls us friend it is because we believe in the word. Not only are we servants, but we are friends of God (John 15:12-16; James 2:23).
“We are the workers of the last hour, called to conclude this age and introduce the Sabbath rest of God, the manifestation of the kingdom of heaven. God today is accelerating the steps to complete His work and is using those who are simple in believing His word and obeying it” (Daily Food, Book 5, Week 3, Saturday, p. 54).
