False prophets, driven by covetousness, trade in false words to live luxuriously and increase their religious, political, and economic power. But we do not depend on money, salary or power, we depend only on the Lord (2 Pet 2:3; Rev 2:15; 2 Cor 3:5; Phil 4:10-19; 1 Cor 9:3-23).
The doctrine of the Nicolaitans destroys the function of the members of the body of Christ, paralyzing the edification. But thank God, in the church life we do not serve any man, we depend on the Lord for everything (2 Pet 2:3; Rev 2:15; 2 Cor 3:5; Phil 4:10-19; 1 Cor 9: 3-23).
Today, God is restoring the function of the members of the body of Christ through the word! Throughout the earth, churches advance organically, alive, and in oneness. We will build the Church to give the Lord a place of dwelling and rest (Acts 2:43-47, 4:34-35; Gal 1:3,4).
“The hireling only cares about his own safety, not that of the sheep. Jesus is not like this. He loves the sheep and gave His life for them (John 10:12)” (Daily Food, Book 2, Week 4, Sunday, page 71).
