DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Tuesday | Mess. 04 – The Evidence of Degradation at the End of the First Century

Through Adam’s disobedience, we were all dragged into sin and death. But thank God, He loved the world and sent His Son to save us and grant us eternal life. He suffered and was crucified to accomplish eternal redemption for us (John 3:16; Rom 5:19).
When He died and shed His blood for us to forgive our sins and redeem us, the Lord Jesus descended to the lower regions of the earth in order to free us from the slavery of death (Heb 9:22; Eph 4:7-10).
In resurrection, the Lord Jesus ascended above all the heavens, and we were transferred with Him from the lower places of the earth to the heavenly places (Eph 2:5-6).
It is not through moral teachings that we are freed from sin. God frees us from the slavery of sin through Christ, the True One, filling us with His grace and truth (John 8:32). (Daily Food, Book 2, Week 2, Tuesday, page 28).
