DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Tuesday | Mess. 18 – The Spirit of Truth Will Guide Us into All Truth

The word of God brings His life, His kingdom and also His love. This love is like the vertical threads that come from God with the supply of His love. Through the word we receive this supply, and as we serve the Lord, love binds us and weaves, with us, a great fabric of itself, in which we love one another. Thus, we are built together! (John 15:9-10, 12-13, 17)
Jesus was determined to do the Father’s will and did not use His own means to carry it out. He always spoke the Father’s words, and not His own, as they are what carry out God’s work. Jesus came to earth only to do God’s will (John 5:19, 30, 38).
God needs people who cooperate with Him and who are focused on doing His will in a pure way, without ulterior motives. Jesus needs friends, who are those who know each other’s hearts. To be friends with Jesus, we need to know His heart and be close to Him, listening to His word (John 15:14-17).
Jesus, in the position of man, declares: “I can do nothing of Myself” (John 5:30a). Lucifer, however, insists: “I can, I am able” (Is 14:12-15). Just as God did not approve Lucifer, neither did He approve Cain (Gen. 4:2-5). God is pleased with Jesus’ attitude! Let us always have Jesus as our model in serving God!
