  1. What is the only way to become trustworthy to the Lord? Constituting us with the truth, filling us with the reality of God (John 1:16, 17:17; Eph 1:23, 3:17; 4:17-21).
  2. Don’t trust your natural man. Trust the truth! (Jer 17:7, 9-10; 2 Cor 3:5; John 17:17; 2 Sam 22:31).
  3. Because of us, Jesus was humiliated and beaten. He suffered in silence, enduring, for me and for you, irony, mockery and aggression (John 19:1-3; Is 53:1-7).
  4. “The will of the Father is what makes a person come to Jesus, the One sent by God, to hear and receive His Word” (Daily Food, Book 6, Week 4, Tuesday, p. 60).
