DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Wednesday | Mess. 03 – The Difficulties faced by the apostles

The work of the ministry is the building up of the Body of Christ. Therefore, when He granted gifts to men – apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers – it was not based on title, but rather, on the function of perfecting all the saints. (Eph 4:10-12 KJU)
In the human body there is no hierarchy, everything is well ordered because of function, and order is for the functioning of the members. In the church, which is not a religious organization, but a living organism, there cannot be the concept of position among us, of who is greater and who is lesser. Everyone has a role in the Body of Christ! (Mt 18:1-5; Rm 12:5)
The Lord started to use children and teenagers, because they have no concept of position, of who is the greatest or who is the least. The Lord wants to make us return to simplicity to be like children and understand that the kingdom of heaven is different from the world. (Mt 18:1-5)
The apostle Paul exhorts us to seek things from above, not the things on earth, and to set our minds on the things above (Col3:1-2). We still live limited by the things of the earth, but our spirit is from above. Things up there are infinite, limitless. (Daily Food, Book 2, Week 1, Wednesday, p. 13)
