- Not only have we received all things that pertain to life and godliness, but also His precious and exceedingly great promises. To have all these in a concrete way, we must work. The goal is to become partakers of the divine nature. The more we labor on what we have received from God, the more we will partake of the divine nature (2 Pet. 1:3-4).
- Let us work, let us use faith to access the things of God, divine life, godliness, the precious and exceedingly great promises, and for these promises to become real to us. Everything comes by faith! (John 6:27; 2 Peter 1:3-4; Heb 11:6).
- God’s grace is received by man through faith in the Word of God. If we receive the Word and exercise faith, we extract all divine riches through the window of faith. But if we receive the Word and do not use faith, it remains in the realm of time and space. Let us use faith to believe the Word! (Eph 2:8; Heb 11:6; 4:2).
- In 1 John 5:19, we read that the world lies in the power of the evil one. The world is in this way because it is dead, lifeless, and controlled by the evil one. God, however, wants a living organism. Therefore, in the midst of the chaotic situation of the world, Jesus came as the Word, and the Word was the light of men. The revelation of the Word gives us understanding and accomplishes the work of God! (1 John 5:19; John 1:1, 4; Ps 119:130). (Daily Food, Book 1, Week 3, Wednesday, p. 46).
