1. Jesus, the Son of God, does nothing in His own ability, only the work for which the Father sent Him. He listened and did everything according to the Father’s word. Simply do not use your own ability, but listen to the word, follow it closely, be simple in receiving it and obedient to it. The word itself will give us the ability to do God’s work.
2. God created man “a little lower than the angels”. This is good so that we do not fall into the likeness of Lucifer. The more capacity a creature has, the greater the risk of falling into independence from God and pride. Man does not need to be powerful or capable, but must simply receive the Almighty into his spirit and begin to live through Him.
3. God wants to use us, however, once pride enters our hearts, we are already on the wrong path. It is not our power and ability that will help in God’s work. He just wants us to be channels, and whatever we do, in fact, God will do it through us. When we put ourselves in this position, the Lord is pleased with us and approves our offering (2 Cor. 4:7).
4. “Let us not trust our ability. God wants to take us out of the earthly sphere and lead us to serve Him in the heavenly, spiritual sphere. For this, it is important to believe in the prophetic word as well as pray in favor of those who transmit it (Col. 4:3).”.
