1. God gave Christ as the good land for our enjoyment, to work in it. Our teenagers do this very well: through immersion and transcription of the Word, who is Christ. The Word is being worked on and inculcated in their hearts and producing spiritual reality (Dt 6:6-9; 8:7-10; Col 3 :16).
2. What we enjoy from Christ, like the good land, we bring to church meetings and make a feast of them. The church life is feasting life! (Dt 16:15-17; 1 Cor 14:26; Eph 5:19).
3. God wants to make Christ head up all things, both in heaven and on earth. For this, God gave Christ to the church, which has this responsibility (Eph 1:9-10, 22-23).
4. The Lord’s desire, from now on, is that the church life has festive meetings full of enjoyment. The sadness has passed, now is the time for joy (Daily Food, Book 4, Week 1, Monday, page 9).
