- The Lord will send the scepter of His power out from Zion. Christ has already fulfilled His part on Earth, accomplishing redemption, and is now seated at the right hand of God. Even though God has already established Him over His holy mountain Zion, who will God use to put all of His enemies under His feet? Who will God use to establish His kingdom if Christ is now seated in the heavens? All of us! God needs us! (2 Sam 5:7, 9-10; Rev 14:1; Matt 24:14; 28:18-28).
- The scepter of power is sent out from Zion. Here we see the importance of the Man-child. The Man-child will bring power to Christ. He will come from Zion (Rev 12:5; Sal 110:1-2).
- The Father speaks to the Son: “You will have an army of holy young people.” The leaders of the churches have awakened, but it is very difficult to leave behind the traditional way. We knew that we had to give freedom to the Spirit, but we did not have the strength to do so. Therefore, the Lord has caused the teenagers to fall like drops of dew, which are a gift from God to Christ (Psa 2:6-9; 110:3).
- “There is no way to separate love from the person of God. If we are in God, we are in love. If God lives in us, we love because He is love. Therefore, God abides in the one that abides in love. Love is the way to abide in God and in fellowship with the brothers and sisters (Daily Food, Book 3, Week 2, Friday, pg. 35).
