- We need to have a heart like Abraham: simple and thirsty for the true God, so that He may reveal Himself to us. When God appears, we need to trust completely in His words. What He requires of man is only to believe in His word (Rom. 4:5; Gen. 15: 6).
- God does not seek the powerful, the learned or the wise, but chooses the foolish and despised things of the world. He does not demand so much of us. God has never made faith just for the elite. What we need is a right and humble spirit (1 Co 1:27-28).
- To believe, we need the Word. God needs to reveal Himself and speak so that faith is generated. When we believe, things happen. This is how God has acted among us, because we have believed His Word (Rom 4:3; Heb 11:1).
