1. God needs faithful servants. Being faithful isn’t something theoretical, but practical—besides knowing the Lord’s heart, it’s necessary to put into practice so that His will is done. Today, God needs many who are faithful in His house. (Num 2:2-7; Heb 3:1-2).
2. Let us be responsible in the house of the Lord and produce the fruit He desires. Not just works, but fruit, like branches that remain in the vine. Only those who remain in the vine can produce this fruit for God (John 15:1-5).
3. The tree of life is also the place where God, His throne, and His government are. It is through life that God governs humanity. If humanity ate from the tree of life, it would govern the whole Earth through the divine life. The tree of life represents not only God as life but also as authority; there is God’s throne (Revelation 22:1-2).
4. “By God’s word, we understand that the dawn of the Lord’s coming has begun. How long will this dawn last? We do not know, but we know that it has already dawned. And what is the sign that the dawn of the Lord’s return has begun? It is the drops of dew, which are the holy youth being formed as an army of God on the Earth, which is already a reality among us” (Psalm 110:1-3) (Daily Food , book 4, week 4, Monday, p. 54).
