- We are God’s people, and He defines how His law applies and gives us direction. We must be faithful to the truth of the gospel and be zealous for those who strive with pure hearts to preserve this truth among us (Gal. 2:5, 14; 4:18).
- When we believe in the Lord, we are regenerated by a divine and incorruptible seed, through the word of God, which is alive and permanent. This seed is produced by the word in our hearts, where it will germinate, take root, grow, and bear fruit (1Pe 1:23).
- The heart of man is very precious to God, for it is the only place where this divine seed can germinate, grow, and bear fruit. That is why the enemy of God fights so much over it, trying to occupy it with the concerns of the world, especially with regard to survival. Let’s not let this happen! Let us choose to be close to the truth of the gospel (Matthew 13:19-23).
