DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Saturday | Messages of the Conference

  1. Upon arriving in Macedonia, Paul was comforted by the arrival of Titus. How important it is to have companions who know our hearts and share complicity with us in the work of the Lord! This organic relationship between co-workers is fundamental. What unites us and makes us unanimous is the word that the Lord speaks to us. We are companions and partners in the work of the Lord (2 Cor 2:12-13; 7:6, 13; 8:18; Titus 1:4).

  1. The agenda of a servant of the Lord does not follow human logic, but the leading of the Spirit. Let us abandon the flesh and human logic to walk in the Spirit according to the Word. We are the church in Philadelphia, flexible to follow the Spirit, walking in newness of life and in the freedom of the Spirit. Let us not allow the old man and past experiences to inhibit the reality of the Spirit (Gal. 2:2; John 3:3 8; Rom. 6:4; Matt. 18:3).

  1. The Law is spiritual, but we are carnal, and it cannot deal with the flesh. Its practice gives us no way out, but rather distresses us. This is the despair of the religious man. If we live according to the Law, we remain under its dominion. The good news is that our old man was crucified with Christ! Therefore, we can marry a new husband: Jesus. We are freed to belong to the Lord when we believe in Him. In the Spirit, we are always in newness of life (Rom 6:6; 8:14; 7:1-4, 15-24).

4. A true servant of God does not give in to pressure, in order that hepreserves the truth of the gospel. He cannot be diplomatic or complacent in this regard, but must remain firm and faithful to the Lord who sent him, without making concessions for personal gain. Even under enormous pressure, Paul did not give in. He fought so that the truth of the gospel would remain among the Gentile Christians (Acts 15:1-5).
