DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Sunday | Msg. 44 – The Death of Rachel and The Birth of Benjamin

1. Jacob and Esau possessed many goods; therefore, they could not dwell together. The same happened between Abraham and Lot. Why? Because they had different visions. Those who do not have the same goal, focus, and vision cannot dwell in unity. We, however, have the same vision; therefore, we can dwell together. We all aim for the building up of the house of God (Genesis 36:7; Psalm 133:1-3).

2. We are not here to cultivate vanity nor to feed rivalries. Rather, we must act with humility, considering others superior to ourselves. No one should have in view only what is properly his own, but also what belongs to others. Let us not be selfish (Philippians 2:1-4).

3. Let us not forget: we are going to fight for Hebron—that is, for fellowship. And let us maintain the vision of Bethel: the building up of the house of God. May we live today in constant fellowship with the Lord (Joshua 14:14; John 1:51; Acts 2:42).

4. “Our inheritance is not the land of Israel in the Middle East; we will inherit the whole Earth with the Lord Jesus. We are the overcomers, those who fight in Zion for the kingdom of God. Christ will reign over all the Earth, and we also will reign with Him for a thousand years. That is why we fight” (Galatians 3:7, 29; Romans 8:14, 17) (Daily Food, book 6, week 3, Sunday, p. 57).
