DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Tuesday | Msg. 07 – On the Seventh Day God Rested From All His Work Which He Had Done

1. We have no time to waste! God needs people like Abraham, who, in the midst of a self-serving and selfish generation, sought the True God. When the God of glory appeared to him, his attitude was to surrender his whole life to Him. Abraham didn’t question; he simply obeyed God’s words (Acts 7:2 4).

2. Paul loved God, despite persecuting Christians. When Jesus appeared to him, his reaction was to dedicate his entire life to serving the Lord. There was no ambition or desire for great works in his heart, but Paul sought to be faithful to the Lord to the end. What about you? Have you been faithful to the Lord, or are your own things still more important? (Acts 20:24; 1 Tim. 1:12-14).

3. We need to trust and have faith that God will take care of everything in our lives. We just need to take care of God’s interests, and He will take care of ours. Therefore, let us preach the gospel of the kingdom, so that the kingdom of God may be restored on Earth through the church (Matt. 6:33; 24:14; 1 Pet. 5:7).

4. “Everything Jesus suffered until He gained the ultimate authority in the universe is to lead the church, God’s many children, to glory (Heb. 2:9-10). Our destiny is the kingdom and glory. That is why God created man as a vessel to contain Him. We do not need to be capable. In Christ we have the Almighty God dwelling within us” (Daily Food, Book 4, Week 1, Tuesday, p. 8).
