- The word that comes from the mouth of God needs a correspondent on earth, a channel who speaks for Him and does not speak his own thoughts. It is difficult for man to believe another man, but when we believe and receive the prophetic word as the word of God, it works and operates in us (1 Thess. 2:13; 1 Cor. 6:14; Rev. 1:1-2).
- God cannot wait any longer to complete His work. He has called each of us to be the last-hour workers. It is not necessary to have human ability or wisdom to carry out God’s work; we only need to believe that He will do it (Matthew 20:1-16).
- God needs people with an afflicted and contrite spirit, who tremble at the prophetic word and have reverent love for Him. God does not need an arrogant heart, but rather a simple and humble heart like Abraham’s, who sought the Only True God and simply believed what God told him and obeyed (Isaiah 66:2; Genesis 12:1-4).
- “We have received the word of life from God, we have believed in the Lord Jesus, and we have been introduced into the Body, into the fellowship of life. This fellowship of life constitutes the circulation of the word among the members of the Body of Christ. Hence the importance of making the word circulate through immersion, of instilling the word in our hearts” (1 Cor 12:27; Deut 6:7) (Daily Food, Book 7, Week 4, Tuesday, p. 55).
