- The word of the Lord always produces something inside of us. When God speaks, his word is like a seed, and our heart is the land. It is not the words of men with eloquence that something, but the word of God is what has the power and the wisdom of God to do so.
- Some think that they are capable of doing things for God, but a human being has no capabilities before God. To question God or to ridicule His word is foolishness. It is necessary to realize that God is the One that governs, the One that rules over all things; heaven is in control (Dan 4:35, 25b, 26b; Gal 6:7 8).
- God does not need to use human strength. The Lord can use anybody as long as their heart is right. Lately He has used our teenagers. Even to heal Naaman, He used a simple little girl to tell the commander that he should go to the prophet that was in Israel (1 Cor 1:26-29; 2 Kg 5:1-3).
- “All those that believed in the gospel, in the word of truth, became the children of God. This means that we received the life of God within us. One day, that life which is being formed in us will be manifested in glory! That is the hope that motivates our life” (Col 3:4) (Daily Food, Book2 Week 4, Wednesday, pgs. 64-65).
