DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Friday | Mess. 23 – The resurrection of Jesus

If we understand that we were crucified on the cross with Jesus, the world will lose all its color. We will no longer live for our heritage, for our vanities, preferences or dreams. As a new creation, we will live for the Lord! (Gal 6:14-15).
Christ’s resurrection introduced us to a new sphere, the heavenly sphere. When we live in this reality, we live in God’s sphere and fulfill His will (Gal 6:14-15, 2 Cor 5:13-15,17).
Mary Magdalene, the first to see the resurrected Jesus, was a woman of means. Along with other women, she volunteered for Jesus’ ministry. Those who offer are important to God’s work here on earth (Luke 8:1-3).
“And He continued: For this reason, I have said to you, no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by the Father” (John 6:65). This verse is a mystery and, at the same time, a jewel, a true treasure! He reveals that all that the Father gave to the Son to receive care are those who do not have a hardened heart, who believe in the prophetic word and practice it, doing the will of God (Daily Food, Book 1, Week 1, Friday, p. 16).
