DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Thursday | Mess. 21 – Jesus is Arrested and Unjustly Tried

  1. To be filled with truth, to be immersed in the glory of God, aims at the glorious oneness of God with man. One day the Father proposed to invite man to participate in this glory, to live in the same joy in which the Triune God lived (John 17:21; Prov. 8:30-31).
  2. The might of glory works so that we are in oneness with God organically. God’s love is the only element capable of achieving this perfect oneness (John 17:22-23).
  3. Glory is not just something for the future. Today we are living in it. Moses had intimacy with God, an experience that we can also have through the word. Practicing immersion in the word, we get to know God and develop intimacy with Him (1 Cor. 3:18).
  4. “The enemy wants to scare us but let us not be frightened because Jesus is sleeping inside the boat [the church]. When awakened, He tells us, ‘O you of little faith, I am here.’ The Lord is always with us!” (Matt. 8:24-26) (Daily Food, Book 6, Week 3, Thursday, page 49).
