DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Tuesday | Mess. 21 – Jesus is Arrested and Unjustly Tried

  1. Jesus said that man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God, the instantaneous speaking (rhema), which supplies the human soul and spirit. We cannot live only for physical bread, sustenance, and the guarantee of survival; otherwise, we will be spiritually needy (Matt. 4:4; John 6:63).
  2. God is doing a work to lead us to His glory. This glory is not just a brightness but has a might capable of introducing man into it (Col. 1:11, 27; Rom. 8:30).
  3. The first operation of the might of God’s glory is to sanctify man, through the word of truth, before introducing him into His glory. Christ gave Himself for the church to sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word (John 17:17; Eph. 5:25-26).
  4. “We have mature youth with a vision of the work and kingdom of the Lord, and they know that we are fighting for the establishment of the kingdom of God on earth. For this we need the mighty men of David” (1 Chr. 11:18) (Daily Food, Book 6, Week 3, Tuesday, page 43).
