DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Wednesday | Mess. 24 – Simon, Tend My Sheep

When we believe in the name of the Lord Jesus, the Spirit enters us, we are born again and become children of God and brothers of Jesus. We have advanced one more step: now we are brothers (Matt 28:10; John 20:17)!
When Jesus was resurrected, God glorified Him, He became the Spirit of truth, received all authority, and was taken up into heaven and seated at the right hand of God. At the same time, He is here with the church as the Spirit, for the church is His extension and will make God’s will prosper in the earth (Matt 28:18-20; John 14:16-17; Heb 8:1-2).
We are not a church within four walls, we go out to the streets and preach the gospel, because our commission is to make disciples, that is, to make Christ head up every person and govern everything in the church (Matt 24:14; 28:18-20; Eph 1:9-10, 22-23).
God’s power is in His word, so God’s work is done through it (Heb 11:3; John 1:10). The Word is Christ (John 1:1). The Word that created all things came into the world to carry out God’s work and gives meaning and reality to human life (Daily Food, Book 1, Week 2, Wednesday, page 28)
