1. The couple has many expectations and dreams regarding marriage, but outside of God’s original purpose, it is like wine that runs out. Therefore, always invite Jesus and his disciples to your wedding, so that it has meaning and fulfills its objective: to do God’s will. When the wine runs out, when we are pushed to the limit, Jesus begins to act.
2. We must not accommodate ourselves in our old structure in serving the Lord, but rather give full attention to the living word that comes from the mouth of God and follow it with simplicity, giving freedom to the Spirit to perform miracles and signs, completely outside our conventional mind (John 2:2-12).
3. Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding in Cana in Galilee. In practice, inviting Jesus today is bringing the prophetic word into our personal, family and church lives. Inviting disciples is asking for help from brothers who can help us practice the prophetic word. Through immersion and practice of the word, life will circulate among us, and the “wine” will not run out. The joy and satisfaction will be real and permanent.
4. “Today we are not alone, we are one another’s accomplices in the Body. We do not fight for a ministry, but for God’s will to be done, for the church built to become the kingdom of God reestablished on earth”.
