DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Tuesday | Msg. 56 – Jacob blesses Pharaoh

1. Jacob represents the central figure in the fulfillment of God’s will. Therefore, whoever fought for Jacob’s interests was fighting for God’s interests. Joseph was used by the Lord to preserve the life of his family, but it was Judah who directly defended Jacob’s interests, thus cooperating with the fulfillment of God’s will (Genesis 43:8-9; 45:4-5; Psalm 78:67-68).

2. The Lord called Abraham and promised that He would make him a great nation. From Abraham came Isaac and, later, Jacob, who became Israel. Therefore, whoever fought to keep God’s representation, through Jacob, maintained on Earth, was in fact representing God’s interests on Earth (Genesis 12:1-3).

3. The hand of the Lord is with all who turn to defend His interests on Earth. Today, God desires to count on each one of us; therefore, He has blessed us with such unity and oneness (Isaiah 59:1; 6:8).

4. “How could God, who is holy, unite Himself with something that is not holy? That is why He gave Himself up for us in order to sanctify us” (Daily Food, book 9, week 3, Tuesday, page 43).
