DAILY IMMERSION IN THE PROPHETIC WORD Monday | Msg. 27 – Circumcision and the Promise of a Son to Sarah

1. We are willing to work harder so that God’s will may be fulfilled in our generation. Let us not relax or become complacent. Since we have everything in our hands, let us take hold of the word that God spoke to Abraham: to lift up his eyes, and everything he could see, God would give him (Genesis 13:14-15).

2. Abraham believed in the word of the Lord, obeyed it, and something happened. Our eyes are fixed on the whole Earth, because it is the inheritance that God promised. Let us believe that, even though we have little strength, The Lord has set before us an open door (Genesis 13:16-17; Revelation 3:8).

3. When God appears to us, He speaks to us, and His word changes our lives. This is our good fortune. Therefore, when we hear Him speak, we must believe, just as Abraham believed. This was credited to him as righteousness, and things began to happen in his life (Acts 7:2; Rom 4:3).

4. “God’s will is that Christ be the Head over all things, both on Earth and in heaven. Thus, the church has the function of crowning our Lord Jesus as King over all the Earth and over all things […] that is why we preach the gospel of the kingdom” (Eph 1:9-10) (Daily Food, book 3, week 1, Monday, pp. 5-6).
